Kenneth Wasserman, PE is a Project Manager and structural engineer in the Transportation and Infrastructure Group within STV Incorporated. He is currently working as a Deputy Project Manager for a 36 kilometer Light Rail Transit expansion project in Ottawa, Ontario. He has been responsible for structural design projects for clients including NJ Transit, South Jersey Transportation Authority, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, as well as Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority.

Elena Badilla, PE, MCE

Courses: Breadth, Geotechnical, Water Resources & Environmental

Elena Badilla, PE earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University–Northridge (CSUN) and a Master of Civil Engineering from Norwich University. She has over six years of experience in construction engineering, surveying, hydrology and hydraulics, geometry control and site development for residential, commercial and public works projects. Elena holds a professional engineer license in the State of California.

 

 

Derek Pham, PE, SE

Courses: Structural

Derek Pham, PE, SE is a licensed civil and structural engineer in the state of California. He received his bachelor of science degree in civil engineering (structural emphasis) from University of California, Irvine and a master of science degree in structural engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Derek has more than 10 years of structural engineering experience working for both public agencies and engineering consultants. Some notable projects that Derek worked on include the Gigafactory in Nevada as Tesla's only internal structural engineer and a $200M seismic improvement project for a water treatment plant adjacent to the San Andreas fault.
