Live Online Course Guarantee

If you take PPI's Live Online Course, do the work, and fail your exam, you may come back to PPI and we will enroll you for free in the 3-Month OnDemand Course. Other digital materials, such as PPI Learning Hub and calculator lessons, will be offered as part of the free repeat.

Eligibility Requirements for the Live Online Course Guarantee:

Enroll in a Live Online Course.
For FE courses, score a 75% or higher on all assigned homework by the homework due date (course end date).
For PE courses, score a 75% or higher on all assigned homework by the homework due date (course end date).
For PE Structural (SE) and PE Electronics, Controls, and Communications, please note that there isn’t a grade requirement to qualify for the guarantee. You must submit your worked-out homework problems for a pass/fail grade.
For ARE^® courses, score a 75% or higher on all assigned “Final Review and Practice” quizzes at the end of the learning path by the homework due date (course end date).
Take the exam within 1 year after your course end date.

After determining you have met the eligibility requirements, you will be provided with enrollment instructions within three (3) business days of your redemption of the guarantee request.

The guarantee may be redeemed one-time only within 60 days of taking the test, cannot be postponed, extended, transferred to another person, or applied to a different course.

Tutoring + Live Online Course Money-Back Guarantee Bundle

If you take PPI’s Tutoring + Live Online Course Money-Back Guarantee Bundle, do the work, and fail your exam, you may come back to PPI one time and we will enroll you for free in the same program, or you can select a different program of equal or lesser value, or you can request your money back.

Eligibility Requirements for the Tutoring + Live Online Course Money-Back Guarantee Bundle:

Enroll in a four-month Live Online Course and purchase at least 10 hours of Tutoring (six-month products are not eligible).
Students must have an active subscription to PPI’s online learning materials to use tutoring hours.
Must schedule and attend all purchased tutoring hours sessions (sessions must be at least 30 minutes each) within 180 days of the course start date (the date of the first Live Online lecture). You must attend at least one 30-minute meeting with a tutor before the final 60 days of the program. No more than 2 tutoring hours may be redeemed in the final week of the access period.
Any tutoring session that concludes prior to 30 minutes will void the guarantee. Extensions can be purchased to use the products in the course, but they void the Money-Back Guarantee, and do not change any course assignment deadlines.
Must attend all live lectures or watch the corresponding recordings in their entirety within 180 days of the course start date. If students choose to view a recording, the majority of viewings should be completed over the course access period and not during the last week of the course end date.

Must submit the request for the repeat or money-back guarantee and all required documentation within 90 days of the exam date.

After determining you have met the eligibility requirements, you will be provided with repeat enrollment instructions or course tuition refund option to the credit card used for purchase (refund excludes shipping costs, taxes, and any additional textbooks purchased) within three (3) business days of your request.

The guarantee may be redeemed one-time only within 60 days of taking the test. The guarantee cannot be postponed, extended, transferred to another person, or applied to a different course.
