Professional Publications, Inc. (PPI) is committed to providing appropriate, reasonable accommodations for all eligible students. In compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, PPI has established the following guidelines for students seeking reasonable accommodation(s). Requests for accommodation(s) will be reviewed on an individual, case-by-case basis.

How do I request accommodation?
The first step in the process is to Contact Us. A PPI Customer Sales Support Specialist will send you an Accommodations Request Form to complete. This has two sections: Section I - completed by the student; and Section II that is completed by a qualified diagnostician/evaluator.

Do I need to place an order before accomodations can be determined ?
Yes. PPI offers a wide array of products and delivery methods, which makes it imperative that PPI knows what product and/or service the student wants. It is important to note that the accommodation provided by PPI may be different from what you originally requested.

What happens after I make my purchase and submit the Accommodations Request Form?
PPI's Accessibility Team will work to determine the most appropriate accommodation for the purchased product and//or service. The delivery timeframe will depend on the intricacies of the requested accommodation. An initial response to you can be expected within 3-5 business days of receipt of the Accommodation Request Form, as to the accommodation that PPI can provide.
