Ruwan Rajapkse, PE, CCM, CCE, AVS, has two decades of experience as a professional engineer in New York in design, construction management, and project control. In addition, Mr. Rajapakse has served as an adjunct lecturer for graduate studies at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He holds a master of science degree in engineering, PE licenses in New York and New Jersey, and is certified as a construction manager, a cost engineer, and as an associated value specialist.
