About the exam
The NCEES PE Civil Exam is an 8-hour open-book exam. The exam is a breadth and depth examination. You will work the breadth exam in the morning (4-hours, 40 multiple-choice questions) and the Transportation depth exam in the afternoon (4-hours, 40 multiple-choice questions).
