PPI Course & Video Review Enrollment Changes


PE and SE Live Courses

Does not apply to Live Course subscriptions for FE (see below).

If you are enrolled in a PE or SE Live Course, there are three types of enrollment changes available:

  • Transfer, Same Session: schedule change during the same Live Course session (i.e. move from Tue/Thu to Mon/Wed)
  • Transfer, Future Session: postpone enrollment until the following Live Course session (i.e. switch from spring to fall)
  • Cancel: removal from the course

Please Note: If you enrolled after the first live lecture date, your purchase date will serve as the first lecture date. This means you will still have 7 days from purchase to transfer to a future session or cancel.

If you transfer into a future course, your course syllabus and OnDemand lectures will become available once the course goes on sale.

  • Subject Line: Live Course Enrollment Change
  • Include the order number and email address used at the time of the order.
  • Include the type of enrollment change (i.e. transfer same session; transfer future session; cancel).


PE and SE Video Review Subscriptions

Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a Subscription-Based Video Review, PPI offers a 7-day risk-free trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial for a full refund. If you cancel at any subsequent time, your subscription will continue until the end of the subscribed cycle. No prorated refunds will be processed.

Upgrades

If you are enrolled in a Subscription-Based Video Review, you may upgrade to the Live Course at any time during your active subscription. The cost to upgrade is the difference between the sum of your subscription payments and the cost of the Live Course, or a minimum of $250. For more details, contact PPI at info@ppi2pass.com, with the subject line “Video Review Upgrade to Live.”


FE Live Course Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a Subscription-Based Live Course for FE, the length of your subscription determines your access to the Video Review and the PPI Learning Hub. The Live Course schedule determines your access to the Instructor and Live portion of the course.

PPI offers a 7-day risk-free trial on all subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 7-day trial for a full refund. If you cancel at any subsequent time, your subscription to the PPI Learning Hub and Video Review will continue until the end of the subscribed cycle. No prorated refunds will be processed.

For the Instructor and Live portion of the course, you have three options:

  • Transfer, Same Session: schedule change during the same Live Course session (i.e. move from Tue/Thu to Mon/Wed)
  • Transfer, Future Session: postpone enrollment until the following Live Course session (i.e. switch from spring to fall)
  • Cancel: removal from the course

If you are enrolled in a Subscription-Based Video Review, you may upgrade to the Live Course at any time during your active subscription. At the time of the upgrade, you will be required to pay for access to the PPI Learning Hub and Video Review for the full duration of the Live Course, plus the cost of the Instructor and Live portion of the course. For more details, contact PPI at info@ppi2pass.com, with the subject line “Video Review Upgrade to Live.”


Repeat Student Discount

If you have previously taken a PPI Live Course, we are happy to offer a 50% discount if you wish to repeat the same Live Course at any time in the future.

Discounts are calculated based on the web price of the course at the time of repeat purchase. The discount applies to the price of the course only and does not include PPI Learning Hub, Ace the PE Videos, or any other materials.

Materials Policy

  • PPI may release new editions of books and change online content when exam specifications and codes change. Students who change their enrollment dates are responsible for purchase of online access and course materials, including new editions. There may be book upgrades available.

Program Rescheduling

At PPI, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for students. We do our best to provide classes on the dates/times advertised, and to ensure that online systems are free from technical problems. That said, there may be times when schedule changes or unresolvable technical issues arise.

PPI will always notify you of any planned schedule changes as far in advance as possible.

If unresolvable technical issues arise during class, PPI will reschedule the class as quickly as possible.

All rescheduling notifications are communicated via your enrollment email address and will also be posted on the classroom discussion forum.

PPI reserves the right to make changes to any program, and is not responsible for damages due to course cancelation (such as travel, meals, or time lost).
