WHY AN INTERIOR DESIGN CERTIFICATE MATTERS

To be a certified interior designer, you must take and pass all three divisions of the NCIDQ exam.

At PPI, we see certification as a way for those in the interior design profession to set themselves apart. Through certification, you show a high level of commitment to the interior profession, a thirst for achievement, as well as proven knowledge of current standards established to protect public health, safety and welfare, and mastery of aesthetic considerations. Candidates who are certified are usually the first ones to be hired, the most sought-after, and the best paid.

We are fully committed to giving NCIDQ exam candidates the best tools to pass their exam the first time.

WHO ADMINISTERS THE NCIDQ EXAM?

The NCIDQ exam is administered by the Council for Interior Design Qualification (CIDQ) - the certifying organization for interior design professionals. To review the education and work requirements necessary to take the three exam divisions, visit our About the NCIDQ Exam page.
