He has provided senior engineering supervision and management for over 25 years for projects in the fields of surveying, field explorations and drilling, seismic damage characterizations, design recommendations, and construction quality control/quality assurance in renewable energy development. Mr. Wolle has over 15 years of experience as a supervisor, coordinator, and instructor for review and preparatory courses for civil engineers. He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from New Mexico State University and a master of science in engineering degree in civil engineering (geotechnical and seismic studies) from Arizona State University.
