    Very Helpful Review by Kelsey
This book was very helpful when studying. My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more problems, especially the morning portion, included. There were only 31 morning session questions and 69 depth questions. I feel that this number should be at least double, in order to adequately cover the test topics. (Posted on 1/21/15)

My foundation for my PM Exam Review by DanHalen
I bought this book to study for the Water Resources/Env. Eng. Exam and didn't have time to go through it the first time I took the PE. This book was incredibly difficult to get through and took a lot of time. What I learned was not to get hung up on where the equations come from. Just write them down on a cheat sheet and keep going. Go through the whole book and until you know it forwards and backwards using the CERM and your homemade equation sheet. Once you do this you will be able to answer most of the PM questions with little trouble. Some questions can take a half hour to solve so don't get discouraged. On the real exam they might ask you to solve a tiny piece of a similar question that only takes a minute or less to solve! I felt this book was strong in hydraulics, open channel, groundwater, and water treatment. It was fair for wastewater treatment and not much help for water quality and hydrology. Be sure to work those questions in water quality and hydrology anyway because every exam is different and it might be the exam you take will reflect similar questions from this book. If you're buying this to study for the AM questions only, save yourself some pain and sanity and get something else. This is way too advanced for AM questions. (Posted on 4/21/14)
