LEED� GA Passing Zone July 6th - August 1st

David Sheridan is an experienced civil engineer and LEED AP practicing in sustainable water resource management and green building practices. He chairs the LEED Certification Committee for the USGBC� LEED program, and is the executive director of the Green Building Association of Central Pennsylvania. He also is an adjunct faculty member teaching at Dickinson College in the environment studies department. Dave received his BS in civil engineering from Pitt in 1971 and a PhD in environmental engineering from Penn State in 1978. He has served as an adjunct faculty member in the civil and environmental engineering department at Penn State, teaching courses in hydraulics and water management and treatment.

Jourdan Younis, Sustainability Associate for Hilson Moran Partnership, a London based engineering consulting firm has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Design and Construction. His bachelor of science degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo coupled with six years of LEED project experience in all facets of consulting, ranging from LEED NC to CS to CI, gives him the expertise to help you successfully prepare for your LEED accreditation exam. Currently based out of the United Arab Emirates, his project portfolio includes a diverse reach of commissions ranging from 116-story, $2 Billion core and shell towers in Dubai to 5,000 square foot office improvements in San Francisco.

The LEED Green Associate Passing Zone for July begins on July 6th and ends on August 1st.

The LEED GA Passing Zone is a 4-week online study group designed to help you prepare for the LEED Green Associate exam. Through the Passing Zone, you'll have access to an experienced LEED Accredited Professional and green building advisor who is familiar with the exam.

Each week, the advisor will assign chapters from the required texts, plus provide you with an additional four online practice problems (three multiple-choice exam-like problems and one essay question). At any time you can post questions and the advisor will post a response.
