LEED CI Passing Zone Advisors
David Sheridan (PZDave) is a registered civil engineer practicing in sustainable water resource management and green building
practices. He chairs the Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group for the USGBC® LEED® program, and is the executive director
of the Green Building Association of Central Pennsylvania. Dave received his BS in civil engineering from Pitt in 1971 and a
PhD in environmental engineering from Penn State in 1978. He has served as an adjunct faculty member in the civil and
environmental engineering department at Penn State, teaching courses in hydraulics and water management and treatment.
Jourdan Younis (PZJourdan), Sustainability Associate for Hilson Moran Partnership, a London based engineering consulting firm brings to you over 10 years of experience in the fields of Design and Construction. His bachelor of science degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo coupled with six years of LEED project experience in all facets of consulting, ranging from LEED NC to CS to CI, gives him the expertise to help you successfully prepare for your LEED accreditation exam. Currently based out of the United Arab Emirates, his project portfolio includes a diverse reach of commissions ranging from 116-story, $2 Billion core and shell towers in Dubai to 5,000 square foot office improvements in San Francisco.
