Return Authorization Request Form
PPI guarantees your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) in resalable condition within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. A Return Authorization Code is required. To receive your authorization code please fill out the following form and press the "Request Return" button (located at the bottom of the form.) We will inform you of the status of your request as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • Volume Discount Purchases are non-refundable.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Your packing list (included with your product) contains additional return information
  • Software is not returnable unless defective. PPI will replace all defective software.
  • Products returned to our warehouse without a return authorization code will be charged a 50% restocking fee.
