License Renewal and Continuing Professional Competency Requirements

	April Exams	October Exams
FE/FS Exam	March 1	Sept. 1
PE/PS Exam	Jan 15	July 15

The following PE exams are given in October only: Ag, ConSys, Fire, Ind, Manf, Met, Min/Min, Nuc, and Pet. The Naval/Marine PE exam is given in April only.
Structural II is not offered.

Min. educ. required:	Senior year of EAC Eng curriculum
Required degrees/experience:	EAC Eng degree; 4-yr non-EAC Eng degree + 1 yr exp; 4-yr non-EAC Eng degree + MS degree; 4-yr TAC Eng Tech degree + MS degree; 4-yr non-TAC Eng Tech degree + MS degree; BS degree + MS Eng degree; other combinations
Waiver granted for FE:	Possible: EAC Eng degree + 25 yrs exp; EAC Eng degree + PhD

NCEES exams offered:	All except Str II
Residency requirement	No
Required experience:	EAC Eng degree + 4 yrs exp; 4-yr non-EAC Eng degree + 5 yrs exp; 4-yr TAC Eng Tech degree + MS degree + 4 yrs exp; 4-yr non-TAC Eng Tech degree + MS degree + 4 yrs exp; BS degree + MS degree + 4 yrs exp; other combinations

License renewal:	PE and PS: Every 2 years
PDH required for renewal:	PE and PS: 30 PDH
