Find out which printing of a book you have by checking the "current printing" number on the copyright page in the front of your book.

Be sure to take note of any corrections listed for more recent printings/editions of the book you own. For example, if you have the second printing of a book and there are errata listed for the third printing, these errata will most likely appear in the second printing as well.
