How do I access and navigate the Passing Zone?

I can't see the Problems of the Week, or other parts of the Passing Zone—what should I do?

If you are having issues viewing Problems of the Week, or any other area of the Passing Zone when using Internet Explorer, you may need to change your compatibility view setting. What kind of problems does the Passing Zone offer?

Each week you are assigned homework from the required texts. Most Passing Zones also include up to five Problems of the Week with solutions. The Problems of the Week provide additional practice for your exam, and have been created exclusively for the Passing Zones. During the final week of the Passing Zone some advisors assign a sample exam to assess your readiness for the actual exam.

I am not able to take the exam at this time. How can I enroll in the Passing Zone for the next exam cycle?

I need to show my company proof that I am enrolled in the Passing Zone. How do I do this?

If you need to show proof of enrollment for reimbursement purposes, you can print a Course Enrollment Confirmation.

  • Log in to the Passing Zone you are enrolled in
  • Click the Course Enrollment Confirmation link located at the bottom of the left navigation menu
  • Click the Get your certificate button at the top of the page
  • Print the certificate

Can I print my Problems of the Week?

No, you cannot print the Problems of the Week from the Passing Zone.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, first log into the Passing Zone with your user name and current password. Click the arrow next to My profile under the Settings menu, then click the Change password link. Enter your current password, then choose your new password as instructed.

I forgot my password. How do I find out what it is?

Go to the Passing Zone login page and click the Lost Password? link. Follow the instructions to retrieve your current password, or create a new password if necessary.
