C. Dale Buckner, PhD, PE is a registered professional civil engineer in Virginia. He has most recently been performing structural analyses for projects in Louisiana. He has taught in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Virginia Military Institute for the past 15 years.
Tom Schreffler, PE has years of environmental engineering experience, mainly with water- and wastewater-related projects. He is a both a water and wastewater treatment plant operator in Pennsylvania. He has been teaching Civil PE exam review courses at Penn State Berks (a college of The Pennsylvania State University) since 2009. Additionally, he served as an engineer in the U.S. Army Reserve for 30 years, retiring as a lieutenant colonel. From The Pennsylvania State University, Tom holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering and a master of science degree in engineering, specializing in environmental pollution control.
Norman Voigt, PE, RS is registered as both a civil engineer and a land surveyor in Pennsylvania. He has taught sections of the Civil PE review course given by The Pennsylvania State University and is currently adjunct faculty at the University of Pittsburgh.
Bruce A. Wolle, PE is a registered professional civil engineer in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming with over 15 years experience in consulting engineering in the western United States and northern Mexico.
