Was wondering if anyone knew if we needed to memorize all the Divisions in the Master Format? Chapter 15 (pg 286-289) in the Balast book describes each one so I'm getting the feeling that I should memorize them. Are there many questions on these or just one or two?

yes you should know them. There might have only been a couple of questions on them, but if you ever get involved much in project management or estimating you'll find it good knowledge to have under your belt. Sweets catalogs aren't used much any more, but many construction companies still use the divisions for coding their budget & paperwork.
