Not what you should get for $75. Review by Adam
So this is not a review manual but is instead a collection of practice problems, which wouldn't be so bad if the book was written better. There are a number of problems that require relationships and equations that are not provided in the problems statement or in the NCEES equation book which lead to a lot of frustration when trying to go through the problems. The problems can also be significantly more difficult than what you would expect on the exam, which wouldn't be bad review if the book did a better job explaining solutions. I have also found some problems that were solved incorrectly, not many but really all the solutions in the book should be correct if you're paying $75 for this thing. All in all I really wish there was a better option for the ChemE section because this book is pretty crappy.

Response: PPI offers a range of problem types to help you learn key exam concepts. Though this may mean the difficulty level is higher on some practice problems, our experience is that it is always better to be over prepared. We strive to offer the most up-to-date and correct information available. As part of our service, we post corrections and updates for the products that need them. Each error reported will go through an extensive review process that involves multiple steps, including review by subject matter experts and if appropriate, the author. If an error is verified, it will be added to the product updates page. Please check the PPI Errata System ( periodically for updates on your submission. (Posted on 1/6/2016)

What can I say? I studied using this book and I passed the ChE Exam. The majority of the work will be in working through a general FE book though. (Posted on 5/7/2015)
